Important Information (Ontario Residents Only) The fee for the school is $409.00CDN (GST Included) per student.. The fee for the bonus week is $209.00CDN (GST Included) per student. The deadline for registration is one week before start of camp. With this fee each player will be provided with a jersey to keep. Along with the application, you must mail a $100.00 deposit, plus 2 post-dated cheques dated May 31 and July 7, 2008 for the balance or fax registration along with credit card information to 416-590-0934. A letter will be sent confirming your enrolment.
