Camp
Information
- N.H.L. players are on ice as professional
instructors to provide knowledge and understanding of the game to your
child.
- The school emphasizes all
areas of the game, specifically the over looked values of hard work, dedication, self
esteem, and sportsmanship.
- Instruction takes place in a
controlled and safe environment.
- Low instructor / student
ratio.
- For ages 6 – 17 years from
H.L. – AAA, grouped by age & skill level.
- On-ice instruction will be
handled by N.H.L. players and coaching staff.
3 Hours of ice time daily covering the
following aspects of the game:
- 1 hour of professional power skating instruction.

Dry-land
Training

Plyometrics for skating strength and skating
improvements.

Off-ice drills for stick handling, passing, face-offs and shooting.
Class Time
- Organizing upcoming on-ice
sessions.

N.H.L. stars
